Krystal Marie Ball

Krystal Marie (born November 24 in 1982) is an American political commentator. She was previously a candidate for Senate in the United States, as well as a TV presenter at MSNBC. She was also a frequent contributor on The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill's Rising alongside Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball decided to end the show in May 2021. This was in order for the release of Breaking Points (Krystal and Saagar). Ball hosts the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends with Kyle Kulinski. She has appeared on various networks' programs, including CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time with Bill Maher. Ball is currently married to Jonathan Dariyanani, as of 2020. Ball says that she owes her interest in politics due to the reality that she became a mother during the 2008 primary elections, and also was able to watch the US presidential election results while living in Jordan. She was able to observe how the election affected the citizens of the country and gained an appreciation for US politics' global impact. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st district in the year 2010. She was defeated by Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. From June 2012 until July 2015, she hosted the MSNBC show The Cycle. In May 2017, she created the People's House Project, a political action committee that works on behalf of Democratic causes.
